Katerina is the Bilingual Youth Resources Coordinator at Kids Help Phone and a committed advocate for youth mental health, social equity, and community engagement. Currently pursuing her double major in Honours Psychology and Social Development Studies with a French minor at the University of Waterloo, Katerina brings a unique perspective at the intersection of evidence-based action, policy, and social impact.

With experience across startups, government, nonprofit organizations, advisory committees, and student leadership roles, Katerina has worked to advance inclusive practices, amplify diverse voices, and support systems that foster meaningful change. She has contributed to initiatives spanning mental health advocacy, youth outreach, and accessibility, collaborating with stakeholders to shape programs that are both responsive and equitable.

Passionate about leadership development, strategic collaboration, and effective communication, she seeks to leverage her experience to contribute to more inclusive and representative boardrooms, where diverse perspectives can inform stronger decision-making and drive social impact and organizational growth.
