Yixuan (Lexi) Ma [she/her]

Lexi Yixuan Ma is a seasoned marketing communications specialist with expertise in sustainability and healthcare philanthropy. She has worked in both private and public sectors, contributing to Canada’s advancement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, with a focus on SDG 3: Good Health & Well-Being and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

During her free time, Lexi explores innovative approaches to advancing social and environmental sustainability. She volunteers as a Committee Member for the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, a Sustainability Mentor with the United Nations Association in Canada, and a RISE Ambassador at Apathy is Boring. She also collaborates with Plan International on research examining the impact of social media on body image and identity among Indigenous youth and visible minorities, advocating for safe, inclusive digital spaces and governance guided by evidence.

In her personal time, Lexi enjoys collecting natural soundscapes and producing music at home.
