Caitlin Chua is a product manager based in Toronto. With a background spanning music tech, analytics, and finance, she currently leads the product roadmap for the Label Engine product, a software for music distribution and accounting, owned by Create Music Group. Caitlin began her career in accounting and banking before transitioning into tech, where she discovered a passion for building products that solve real problems and empower creative communities. Outside of work, she is the founding product manager of Toast, a platform that helps companies hire and retain more women in tech. She is also an active mentor, speaker, and DJ, known for creating spaces where people feel seen and included.

Caitlin is especially passionate about advancing gender equity, bringing an intersectional lens to everything she does. She loves to broaden her horizons through travel, which fuels her curiosity, empathy, and global perspective. Caitlin is excited to contribute her strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and values-driven approach to the boardroom.
