Bhargavi Mantha [she/her]

Bhargavi Mantha is a community builder and program strategist passionate about curating inclusive spaces that empower individuals and communities. With a background in market research, community management, and digital strategy, Bhargavi has led impactful initiatives in both the non-profit and professional sectors. As the Community Manager for Women in Communications and Technology, she launched and managed a national mentorship program, connecting women across Canada with industry leaders to foster career growth. In addition, Bhargavi served as President of the IE Public Speaking Club, the largest professional club at IE University, where she facilitated workshops and speaking events to help students enhance their public speaking skills.

Her volunteer work includes contributing as a Discover Mentor for Make A Difference, where she guided children living in shelter homes, helping them build life skills, soft skills and career readiness. With a Master's degree in Management and Market Research & Consumer Behavior from IE Business School and a strong focus on social impact, DEI, Bhargavi is driven to continue advancing in leadership roles. She aims to leverage her strategic mindset and passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion to contribute meaningfully to board governance and to support organizations committed to creating lasting social impact.
