THE GLOBAL IMPACT FUND
Applications are now open!
Fora Program Alumni can now apply for a Global Impact Fund microgrant of $1,000 CAD per project. This funding supports transformative projects that drive positive change in communities and align with Fora's mission.
Running a microgrant program offers our Global Summit and Rise on Boards alumni the opportunity to further invest in and scale up their social impact initiatives. Our investment in their success doesn't stop when the program ends.
Please note: Priority for Cohort 2 of Global Impact Leaders will be given to first-time applicants.
Thank you to our generous funder, Virgin Unite!

WHAT IS THE GLOBAL IMPACT FUND?
In partnership with Virgin Unite, we’re thrilled to continue fueling the ambitions of our alumni changemakers through the Global Impact Fund. Launched in 2024, this initiative empowers Fora program alumni to take their social impact projects to the next level — helping them build on their bold ideas, strengthen their leadership skills, and scale meaningful change in their communities.
This year, we’re investing $30,000 CAD to support 30 social impact-focused projects led by Fora alumni. In addition to funding, microgrant recipients will also gain access to exclusive workshops offering personalized guidance, practical tools, and mentorship to help them maximize their impact and build sustainable, lasting initiatives.
Our commitment to alumni doesn’t end when the program does. The microgrant program is one more way we’re investing in their success as leaders, creating real-world change.
