Art and Creative Skills collective is an organization focuses on art programming for youth to avert mental illness while enhancing life skills. This is achieved through programs where art is the foundation to empower young individuals to cultivate their artistic talents, engaging in cooperative learning, bolster mental resistance, and acquire essential life skills. Programs such as story writing, film making, photography, and expression and mindfulness are each designed to provide safe spaces for youth to express themselves. Creating peer support and a platform to voice opinions in an artistic manner and deconstruct the stigma around mental illness.

Art and Creative skills uses art as a medium to build resilient mental health and enhance 21st-century life skills among youth in vulnerable situations and drive social change.

Art and Creative Skills Collective envisions a world where diverse community members feel empowered to share their stories and experiences; where everyone is included and respective; where equity for all is held high.
