Vyshnave Jeyabalan is a Project Manager, consultant, and health systems leader with over seven years of experience advancing integrated care, community engagement, and equity-centred program design across hospitals, community health organizations, and research institutions. She has led cross-sector initiatives that embed patient and caregiver voices in decision-making, improve access to care, and foster collaboration between health and social services.

Vyshnave is passionate about inclusive governance and ensuring that underrepresented voices help shape the systems that serve them. As a young racialized woman in leadership, she brings lived experience, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. She hopes to continue growing her governance and leadership skills through Rise on Boards+ to make a lasting, community-driven impact.
