THE RISE PROGRAM
Beyond individual impact, we advance systemic change by building a diverse pipeline of leaders who are shaping a more equitable and inclusive world.
Governance
Provides learning opportunities that prepare participants to serve on boards by the end of the program. Through training, mentorship, and experiential learning, participants build the skills to shape the institutions that influence our communities.
Advocacy
Equips young leaders with the tools, strategies, and community support to drive systemic change. Participants strengthen their ability to organize, influence policy and public discourse, and challenge structures that sustain gender-based inequity.
Social Impact
Offers mentorship and training to help participants design and implement their own initiatives and community-based projects.
