Noor is a Senior Consultant at a global consulting firm, where she leads strategy projects focused on talent, learning & development, and growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Labour Studies and a Master’s in Human Resources.
Noor’s professional and volunteer work intersects at the core of social impact, education, and skills development. Her leadership experience includes executing mentorship programming for early career professionals, volunteering abroad to support education initiatives in under-resourced communities, and establishing a community engagement pillar within a professional network that has created a platform for skill sharing workshops, spotlighted local creatives, and promoted community development. Within her current organization, Noor serves as a lead for a diversity employee resource group (ERG), where she has spearheaded initiatives that promote inclusion at the firm, and built cross-sector partnerships with nonprofits to support both local and global fundraising efforts.
As she continues to grow her career in the social impact space, Noor seeks to advance equity by expanding access to education, reskilling opportunities, and meaningful employment pathways that promote economic mobility for underrepresented communities.
