Nandita Singh [she/her]

Nandita Singh is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. She currently serves as a Policy Analyst for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), contributing to various policy areas to advance the organization's mandate.

As the founder of Aara Invest, a financial startup, Nandita is committed to empowering young women through financial literacy and education, offering tools and resources that enable women to take control of their financial futures and increase their economic participation. She is also a founder in the League of Innovators (LOI) Labs Batch 14, a national accelerator that supports youth-led startups and provides young innovators with accessible programs and resources.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Nandita is a member of the National Task Force for Economic Justice at the Canadian Centre for Women's Empowerment, where she advocates for systemic changes to enhance women’s economic security. In recognition of her efforts, she was honoured as an Economic Justice Champion in March 2024.

Nandita is passionate about gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals, with a particular focus on empowering women, advancing their leadership, and ensuring equality.
