Hannah Oegema [she/her]

Hannah Oegema is a Senior Accountant at Deloitte Canada, where she works with clients in the telecommunications, retail, and mining industries. With a strong foundation in finance and a CPA designation on the horizon, she’s passionate about using her skills to support organizations in making thoughtful, strategic decisions.

She holds a degree in Commerce from Ontario Tech University, where she specialized in Accounting and International Business. During her time there, she served as a board member for the Ontario Tech Student Union and founded the Women in Business Association to help create space for women to connect, support one another, and grow into confident leaders.

Hannah now sits on the Finance Committee for the Women’s Nonprofit Network, where she offers guidance on budgeting, financial planning, and long-term sustainability. She is also actively involved in Deloitte’s Toronto Women’s Impact Network and is deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and building inclusive communities.

Known for her energy, collaborative spirit, and empathetic leadership style, Hannah is excited to bring her financial expertise and lived experience to board service. She’s eager to keep learning and contribute meaningfully to spaces where diverse voices are valued and everyone feels seen.
