Chloë Fraser is a multilingual storyteller, communications expert, and facilitator committed to empowering young community leaders across Canada. Currently working in communications at the Pacific Salmon Foundation, she helps make cutting-edge research on an iconic keystone species and climate change accessible to diverse audiences. Chloë has taught an accredited storytelling course at the University of British Columbia (UBC), facilitates workshops on civic literacy and climate communications, and regularly consults with local non-profits on how to engage diverse audiences. She has developed impactful content for several high-profile initiatives, including a family-friendly museum exhibit on mining justice and a timely op-ed on the Vancouver Climate Strike’s legacy.
In 2023, Chloë was named one of Canada’s Top 25 Under 25 Environmental Leaders by The Starfish and was featured in the National Observer’s climate leaders column. She holds a BA in Economics, Law, and Ethics from Sciences Po Paris and a second diploma in International Relations and Creative Writing from UBC.
Chloë continues to write and speak with authority, warmth, and joy about wicked problems. Working across sectors and teams, she always strives to bridge the gap between pressing systemic issues and the communities that need to engage with them.
