Aisha Sidiqi is a young leader passionate about mentorship, storytelling, and creating opportunities for growth through impactful initiatives.
As an Ambassador with Redefined, she supports newcomers and youth by helping them navigate the job market, access education, and build community connections. Additionally, as an Ambassador with Mabelle Arts, she continues to leverage storytelling and creative engagement to amplify marginalized voices through art-based initiatives.
Her leadership extends to international diplomacy and advocacy. She was selected as a fully funded delegate for the Voice for Rights International Conference 2025 in Turkey, where she represented Afghanistan in high-level discussions on human rights and governance. She was among the 200 selected delegates for the Toronto Diplomacy Forum, highlighting her expertise in cross-cultural collaboration and policy engagement.
Beyond advocacy, Aisha actively shaped community-driven governance initiatives. She organized a photography exhibition in partnership with the Arab Community Center of Toronto, which attracted 50+ attendees and facilitated dialogue on migration, resilience, and cultural identity.
Through Rise on Boards, Aisha seeks to apply her expertise in structuring mentorship programs, scaling community engagement models, and advising on sustainable funding strategies for youth. Her vision is to contribute to boards prioritizing inclusive leadership, long-term impact, and equitable decision-making.
